Yes. Every gold piece carries a BIS hallmark with a 6-digit HUID you can check on the BIS Care app.
How are making charges calculated?
As a percentage of the gold value, shown separately on the bill. Daily-wear pieces start at 8%, handcrafted temple work is higher.
Do you exchange old gold?
Yes, any brand. We test purity in front of you and give today’s rate, less only the actual impurity.
How does the savings scheme work?
Pay a fixed amount for 11 months and we add the 12th instalment. Buy jewellery of the total value with no making charges up to 10%.
Can you make a custom design?
Yes. Share a photo or sketch; most custom pieces are ready in 3–4 weeks.
